Notice of Withdrawal of Nomination for External Director
As previously announced on December 20, 2023, we have nominated Charles D. Lake II, as a candidate to be elected as an external director of Shiseido Company, Limited (the “Company”) at the 124th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in March 2024. However, after careful consideration, he has decided to decline a nomination for a director of the Company and we have accepted his request to be withdrawn from candidacy.
